I am a super Sparrow fan. I have used their bottles for years. I ordered this cup for my birthday and i was super excited when it came. That soon turned to disappointment and it now sits on my desk at school unused.
The holder is too short so it tips over when the strap is over my shoulder, making it unusable.
The lid is very cheap feeling and feels awful to drink out of. The bottles have quality mouth pieces on them, so the thin tinny lid is not great.
When using the other lid to drink from it pours all of a sudden and is not easy to use. If i had not gotten rid of the packaging i would have asked for a refund.
The standard mouth bamboo lid is great, fits my water bottle like a glove.
The lid is perfect and great quality.

Great product, just what I wanted. Don’t like the website purchasing page. Surely it’s no too much effort to ensure uk customers get to see what they are paying in pounds sterling. Looks sloppy
