After 14 days I still haven’t received my bottle. I wrote to customer support and they couldn’t help me either. Very disappointing.

I ordered these online and they took a while to arrive. When they got here they didn't fit my older style bottle tops. This was frustrating. A note on the online shop would be helpful or an ability to purchase the older style straws. Contacted to see about a return, but super sparrow have been great. Found me straws to fit my bottle tops and are even sending me a new bottle top to try with the other straws. Front part of the process was frustrating, but they have been helpful since. Otherwise I'm very happy with Super Sparrow products. I have even bought them for my team during this hot weather. Thanks!

I received an email asking for a review of my purchase from 14 days ago, but I have not actually received the product yet. I cannot rate the bottle itself since it never arrived. I am hoping customer service can look into my shipment status and resolve this as soon as possible.
